Our Story

Chad and I met in 2002 while working in a restaurant together. It was “love at first sight” blah blah blah (insert vomit noise here) and fast forward to the important stuff…

Chad and I have always enjoyed working together and always knew that neither one of us was the “9 to 5″ type. We weren’t interested in sitting at a desk all day and we’ve definitely never been interested in having someone else dictate our schedules and decide how much we are worth.

We got married in the fall of 2006 and that’s when we really started thinking about where our lives were going and what we wanted for our future.

  • Were we going to live in New England forever? (We hate the cold…unless we are curled up next to a fireplace :) )
  • When we have kids, how are we going to balance work and family?
  • Our parents are getting older and have worked their entire lives, but probably won’t even have enough money to be able to retire comfortably. Would that be us in 40 years? How were we going to be able to afford to help take care of them?
  • We love to travel and see the world. Even if we had great J.O.B.’s with great financial rewards, how were we going to afford the time to be able to enjoy it?

These are some of the questions that just constantly when through our heads. We felt as though if we didn’t take control over our future and actively decide where our lives were going, then somehow it would get decided for us and we certainly didn’t want to look back one day and say we “coulda, woulda, shoulda”

So, we decided that we didn’t want to live our lives on someone else’s terms. We wanted to decide our own worth and create a lifestyle that would allow us to live the way we chose and never be limited because of financial or time constraints.

It was important to us to have a business that would not only allow us the financial means, but more importantly, the time freedom…we didn’t want to be “married” to our business. We wanted to have a business that allowed us the ability to leverage ourselves.

  • A business that we could work from anywhere.
  • A business that would allow us to raise our family ourselves and be involved in the day to day lives of our kids.
  • A business that would allow us to make money without trading time for money…we were tired of that.
  • A business that would still be working even if we were traveling or visiting with family and friends.
  • A business that would provide us the financial means to help our parents live a comfortable and enjoyable retirement.
  • A business that would allow us to the time to get involved with charities and help others in need.

Enter Network Marketing…

I had been introduced to Network Marketing many years ago, but at the time I wasn’t really looking for the opportunity. I was introduced to a woman named Sandy by a mutual friend and she just decided I would be a great candidate to join her team. To be honest, it’s a blur even signing up and getting started. What I do remember though, is that she told me to make a list of all my friends and family so that I could share my business opportunity/products with them.

Sound familiar?…

We won’t go into how much fun this wasn’t especially considering that I was working full-time in a restaurant that at the time I loved, and the Network Marketing “gig” was not much more than an afterthought. My sponsor-she was great-calling me all the time and telling me just to give her the names of my friends and family and she would “build my downline for me”. Still, it just wasn’t for me…at least not at the time. Eventually, no surprise, I left the business and never looked back until…

Enter Network Marketing On The Internet…

So, I can start a network marketing business and use the internet to market my business rather than harassing my friends and family. Hmmmm…

Oh, and I can set up websites and learn how to market them so the only people that I talk to about my opportunity will be people who have shown interest in it and who are asking for information about it. Hmmmm…

Oh, and these websites will be running 24-7 so essentially my business will be running whether I’m sleeping, out to dinner with family, or maybe on an Alaskan Cruise. Hmmmm…

Chad and I liked the sound of this a whole lot better. So, we decided to immerse ourselves in learning about the internet and how to effectively market online. We became students and in doing so, have now become teachers.

Now, we want to help you…

We want to teach you because there is no better feeling than giving back. There is no better feeling than being able to show people that anything really is possible and the only limitations in life are the one’s we set for ourselves.

We want to help you lift those limitations and realize that you can have what you want in life if you just have a strong enough desire and a strong enough belief and are willing to work hard and never give up. If becoming wealthy were easy, everyone would be wealthy. It takes a certain type of mindset and a certain type of person.
